Senior Graphic Designer
LeapFrog Solutions seeks a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join a growing dynamic strategic marketing communications firm in Oakton, Virginia, known for its collaborative team environment. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Account Executives on LeapFrog Solutions’ online and print projects.
Requirements:
- Conceptualize and provide original designs for web sites, Flash media, HTML emails and animated banners, as well as develop web sites using valid HTML and CSS. Table-less layout development skills required.
- Conceptualize and provide original designs for corporate collateral, stationery, brochures, marketing materials, logos, direct mail, signage, booth displays and banners.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash) and Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Entourage) is required.
- Experience with site architecture, Web2.0 strategies, content management systems (CMS), SEO techniques, Actionscripting, Javascript, PHP, and ASP is desirable.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team are essential.
- Experience working directly with other vendors and freelancers is a plus.
- You must have a sense of humor and positive attitude!
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, advertising or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in design for print, print production and Web site design and development is required. Agency experience preferred.
