Oakton, Va. — May 18, 2009 — LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. (LFS), a full-service strategic marketing communications firm, announced today that Jim Henry has joined the firm as Chief Operations Officer (COO). In his position, Jim will lead the firm's business development efforts and provide daily leadership and operational oversight.
Jim has more than thirty years of business management experience and has served in multiple capacities across both the private and public sectors at organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Sapient Corporation and IBM Corporation. While serving in these senior management roles, Jim honed his business development and strategic skills and in 2004 founded his own firm, JEH Consulting, a firm that assisted Federal government executives and businesses that support and serve the Public Sector.
As LFS continues to grow in the Federal government space, Jim's strong background in building partnerships and addressing the needs of Federal agencies and departments will enable the firm to stay focused on complying with all government contracting policies and providing superior customer service.

Jim is active in a number of industry associations including the Industry Advisory Council where he was selected for the IAC Partners Class of 1999. Jim received his BS in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia. Jim also served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is a decorated Vietnam Veteran.
