Andrew Eastman is an experienced strategic consultant and senior-level leader in professional services industry with more than 21 years of progressive management experience in private and nonprofit corporations. His expertise ranges from strategy design and development, business process reengineering, and business case analysis, to technology procurement and operational implementation. Andrew has developed enterprise-wide performance strategies and business infrastructure programs for numerous Fortune 100 and federal government agencies.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and volunteer assistant fire chief, Andrew is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Executive Education program on Corporate Strategy and Innovation.
