Velma has more than 15 years of office management, project coordinating, sales support and marketing experience in very diverse industries, such as commercial food service equipment, Online banking, retail furniture, and Telecommunications.
She has led process streamlining projects in start up and in established companies resulting in improved productivity and the delivery of exemplary customer service.
Velma also has an extensive background in trouble-shooting and extensive account management and has a proven record of successfully accelerating issues to resolution.
Prior to joining LFS, Velma managed the planning, administration, and direction of all office and customer support for a leading DC Manufacturers’ Representative firm in the commercial food service equipment industry.
Velma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University.
